CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that anybody can do! With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a safe, accepting and encouraging environment. Our community has some pretty amazing people and we would love for you to come give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
Getting through our door may be the hardest part for you, but once you come try it and experience the great workout and awesome people, you’ll be hooked! One class may be great, but we want to offer you ONE MONTH to get the full CrossFit experience – So for your first month, when you sign up, you will receive

Process to register for your first free workout:
1. Look at our schedule HERE. Anywhere it says CrossFit Class or Open Gym, you can attend
2. Pick 2-3 time slots that work for you during that week
3. Email us/Call us with the 2-3 dates you have picked
4. We will get back to you with what day works best for us and we will reserve you a spot
5. Come a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork, bring clean workout shoes and a water bottle. Your class will be coach led, so you’ll learn the movements as you go.

Don’t let these myth’s fool you!
CrossFit Myth #1 – I need to get in shape to do CrossFit
Wrong. CrossFit WILL get you into shape. We have worked with every body type imaginable, and will get you to your fitness goals. If you don’t do anything at the moment, don’t worry, we will wake those muscles up at a pace that’s comfortable for you!
CrossFit Myth #2 – I don’t want to Bulk Up
You should know by now that it’s simply not that easy for women to join the swole patrol. Bulking up is about testosterone production, which means that most women don’t have the genetic profile to add a lot of muscle. You will become a fitter, toner, leaner version of yourself. Unless you are a guy… then we will help with the bulk!
CrossFit Myth #3 – Membership is Pricey
Your local gym is cheaper, but what good is it if you’re not seeing results? A gym is basically a place where you rent out space and equipment. What people pay for at CrossFit is the very high-level coaching—we usually have one coach for every 10 people. Think of it this way: CrossFit offers both the programming and the individual attention from a trained professional to help you reach your goals. If you show up at least three times a week, do the work, and focus, results are inevitable. If you’re still uncertain about the $130 or so a month, consider this: Some personal trainers charge that much per hour. Prioritize your funds for your health and longevity.
CrossFit Mth #4 – It’s Cultish
Many fitness classes have been considered “cults” by outsiders since long before women were wearing leg warmers to jazzercise. As with most of these, CrossFit is a welcoming community, where you have classmates beat you in a WOD only to turn right around and cheer you on until your finished. Even if you feel out of place at first, that uncertainty will disappear by the end of a hard workout when you’re struggling and have 10 to 15 people cheering you on.
