Held weekly on Saturdays from 10:30am – 12pm, this class is for everyone wanting to gain better knowledge on the two Olympic lifts: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We encourage ALL members to attend this class, we are so lucky to have the Hercules club in our gym, so take advantage of that! That being said, this class is suited to members with a general lifting base, if you don’t ‘get’ the Snatch or Clean, please attend our back to basics class a few times before heading to HERCFIT.
Taught by NCCP level 1 coaches from our Hercules Weightlifting Club, these coaches will guide you through positioning of the lifts, efficiency of the pulls, and how to get your head around dropping under that bar!
New programming is done weekly, which the coaches will walk you through.
HERCFIT is open to all PCF members. Unlimited members get this class free with their membership, all other memberships pay a $5 drop in.
