This is offered to any mom (or dad) and baby or toddler as well as any pregnant momma to be. There is no prior CrossFit experience required, workouts will be tailored to suit your specific needs, and you will have opportunity to workout as hard as you feel comfortable.
This will be a safe environment to bring your baby, where you will get a great workout and your baby will be in good hands with our babysitter. They are in the same area as you in our safe baby play area but feel free to take breaks to feed or tend to them if you need. We have a great group of mama’s that will welcome you and support and encourage you along the way!
Each class will be one hour with warm up and cool down. There will be basic CrossFit exercises with some barbell and dumbell work and definitely using your own bodyweight. One hour in length and 7 spots available per time slot. We currently have two classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and 11am.
One month cost is $110 (+gst) and you get 9 classes/month.
