This time slot will not be like regular classes. You will be able to come in and do a workout of your choice. You can come and do some lifting; you can do the WOD of the day, or past WOD’s from the week. You can basically do any WOD that you want to try, as long as it’s within reason and space allows for it.
There will be no structured warm-up, but a coach will be available to help you with warm-up, technique and skill if necessary. It is open to all members but make sure if you plan on attending this open gym, come prepared and give yourself enough time to complete your workout.
