Male/Female Mixed Partner Comp
RX, Intermediate and Scaled Divisions
Prizes for top 3 teams in each division
Guaranteed 3 WOD’s + final for top 6
RX – Do daily WOD’s as RX. At least one partner proficient in muscle ups, handstand pushups, pistols… all the harder CF movements. There will be heavier weights and you will get challenged.
Intermediate- Do some workouts RX’d. You are a seasoned athlete, but may be missing a muscle up or pistol in your toolbox. Can lift moderate weights and may be proficient in pull-ups and kipping handstands etc. You are beyond scaled, but not quite a firebreather.
Scaled – You are either new to CrossFit, or just in it to have fun and get healthy. You want to try your hand at a competition that will challenge you but not kill you. You should be familiar with all the standard CrossFit movements including Oly. Weights may be lighter, but higher in reps. Knowing how to do pull-ups or handstands, not needed in this division.
Hopefully most of you know where you stand in the division selection.
It’s going to be a fun day of competition, camaraderie and sweat!
We will open 20 spots up for each division. If one division fills up faster then the others, we will open up spots from that division. If you go to register and the spots are full, I will start a post for a waiting list on our FB event page, or you can send us a message through our website.
