A beginner friendly, fun program designed to improve fitness through high intensity metabolic conditioning with some physique type movements that will earn you great results! No experience or skill level is required in the CrossFit Unloaded class, just the desire to sweat and work hard.
CrossFit Unloaded vs CrossFit
CrossFit LITE is programming for those who want to CrossFit but would like to avoid certain movements. Working with the barbell can be intimidating and many athletes simply don’t have a desire to perform barbell movements or to lift heavy, and that’s okay!
Whether you are a new athlete beginning your journey and want to keep things simple until you get the hang of this whole CrossFit thing or a veteran who prefers barbell-free workouts, CrossFit Unloaded is the solution for you.
Don’t be fooled, this programming isn’t easy. You’ll still perform functional, high intensity workouts, but you will be using equipment and movement patterns better suited for your goals and abilities. CrossFit Unloaded provides members with the perfect opportunity to work on cardio and efficiency, while providing the same accountability and community atmosphere as CrossFit.

Comfortable athletic clothing
Cross-training shoes (running shoes will get you through the class, but not recommended for anything other than running and your enjoyment will always be elevated when your gear is working for you, not you working against your gear)
