CrossFit Unloaded vs CrossFit
CrossFit Unloaded is programming for those who want CrossFit style workouts but without the use of a barbell. Working with the barbell can be intimidating and many athletes simply don’t have a desire to perform barbell movements or to lift heavy, and that’s okay!
Whether you are a new athlete beginning your journey and want to keep things simple until you get the hang of this whole CrossFit thing or a veteran who prefers barbell-free workouts, CrossFit Unloaded is the solution for you.
Don’t be fooled, this programming isn’t easy. You’ll still perform functional, high intensity workouts, but you will be using equipment and movement patterns better suited for your goals and abilities. CrossFit Unloaded provides members with the perfect opportunity to work on cardio and efficiency, while providing the same accountability and community atmosphere as CrossFit.
CrossFit Unloaded movements will focus on building:
Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance – Stamina – Strength – Flexibility – Power – Speed – Coordination – Agility – Balance – Accuracy
