Your first class is always FREE!
Due to Covid-19 our Dumbbell and Diapers class is no longer running as usual. We do however still encourage new parents to come with their little and get a workout in.
There will be no babysitter available to watch the kids, so you will need to decide if any of these options work for you:
- Have your baby in your workout space with you. There will be enough room for both of you, whether they are in a bucket seat, on the ground or in an exersaucer.
- Have your baby sleeping in their car seat in one of the change rooms.
- Have your child play with their own toys in the front area.
- Have your child play at your own space/watch a show on your phone etc.
The Foam Pit is closed and kids can’t play with any PCF toys/cars etc. We just don’t have enough time to disinfect after class. If you need a PCF exersaucer, you have to clean it before and after use.
You are responsible for your kids/babies at all times, and the coach won’t be able to help carry them.
From the time class/cleaning is over, you will have 10 minutes for your gang to leave the building so the coach can clean before the next class starts.
We want to offer a safe space for you to workout, we just want you to know it’s going to look a bit different.
You may come to any scheduled class on the schedule to get your workout in.

Below is what our regular description of D&D is, plus what it will hopefully look like again in the future!
This class is for any parent or caregiver with an infant over 6 weeks old all the way up to age 5! There is no prior CrossFit experience required, workouts will be tailored to suit your specific needs, and you will have opportunity to workout as hard as you feel comfortable.
This will be a safe environment to bring your baby, toddler or preschooler, where you will get a great workout and your child will be in good hands with our babysitter. We want this to be one hour of the day that you can focus on you, knowing your child is close by and taken care of. This is a great group that will encourage you along your fitness journey as well as sharing stories of the craziness of parenthood!
Each class is coach led and will be one hour with warm up and cool down. There will be basic CrossFit exercises with some barbell and dumbbell work and definitely using your own bodyweight. Not comfortable with a movement? Don’t worry, every movement is scalable or can be changed. Classes are one hour in length and 8 spots available per time slot. We have two classes times to choose from.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am OR 10am
9 classes/month is $110 (+gst).
