This time slot is open to seasoned CrossFit athletes who have demonstrated proper technique and don’t need to be under the watchful eye of a coach. Athletes will be able to come in and do a workout of their choice, work lifts or practice skill work. You can do the workout of the day, or past workouts from the week. This is time for you to do whatever you want, un-coached and in a reasonable space within the gym. There will be no structured warm-up, but a coach will be available to help you with warm-up, technique and skill if necessary. Make sure you come prepared and give yourself enough time to complete your workout. Please check out our schedule here to see when we offer open gym slots.
