*optional core hold of choice for 30s

B. Every 2 min for 10 sets (20 min)
3 Deadlift
2 Hang Power Cleans
1 Push Jerk
Max Cal Bike in remaining time
*BB at 60/40kg or use DB’s
*no rest between sets so choose an appropriate pace
