Everyone has different fitness goals. Some people are able to achieve their fitness milestones by attending group CrossFit classes from the start while others need a little more individual time with a fitness instructor. At Prairie CrossFit we’re proud to offer personal training to anyone who feels like they need some one-on-one time with a certified fitness instructor, indefinitely or as a building block into CrossFit classes.

We offer daytime and evening sessions. We work around your schedule!

Learn CrossFit Exercises Safely: You’ll receive an introduction to the core movements of CrossFit allowing you to learn the safe and correct way to complete these exercises. Your personal trainer will explain the benefit of each move, so you’re not left wondering why you’re doing it. When it comes to the workouts, we will individualize them to your wants and needs. More bootcamp vs. CrossFit Metcons, no problem! We will work with you on your goals.

The Ultimate Motivation: Are you looking for someone to hold you accountable for meeting your fitness goals? Hiring a PCF personal trainer is a great way to motivate yourself to achieve your goals. It’s much more difficult to skip a workout when someone else is waiting on you to show up on time and get started. This is a great option if you have a history of quitting or becoming distracted.

At Prairie CrossFit, we’re proud to offer top-quality coaching, programming, resources, and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. We offer some of the most varied and results-driven training that you’ll find. It’s up to you to take the initiative to become part of our community. Beyond simply showing up to classes, it’s your job to track your workouts, experiment with nutrition, make positive lifestyle choices, pay attention to injuries, and learn how to address your mobility limitations.

FEES

  • (1) 1-hour personal training session: $60
  • (5) 1-hour personal training sessions: $250
  • (10) 1-hour personal training sessions: $500
    *Monthly payment plan can be discussed
    *Add 5% GST to all prices

TEAM TRAINING

Teams that MOVE together, improve together!

No matter what sport you are playing, we can help you team perform better. Our team training programs are coached to develop athletic foundations, maximize strength & power production, increase movement skills, quickness and speed, improve mobility & stability, teach rest & recovery strategies and maximize player and team performance.

Team training programs are designed around team seasonal schedules. Even though the team objective may be the same, each player has different needs, different strengths and weaknesses and different positional demands. Our goal is to coach the group and to make individual adjustments necessary to maximize the experience and outcomes for each individual.   

Team session can be booked seasonally based on the number of players in the group and the number of sessions purchased. Prices are based on the size of group training. Our goal is help each player MOVE better, coach the group to LIFT with proper technique, challenge them to become more athletic, inspire them to LEARN more about the how and why of improving their HEALTH, FITNESS & PERFORMANCE and give them a fun experience that is part training, part team building for the group.

PERSONAL PROGRAMMING

We also offer individualized program for yourself to complete at home, another facility or in house at Prairie CrossFit. Your program will be based on your current level of fitness and will be catered specifically for you.
