60 Goblet Lunges (50/35 – 35/25)
10 HR Deadlifts (102.5/70 – 85/60) *Hands must be released at bottom of the Deadlift, so no dropping (DB’s can be used)
10 Box Jumps (24/20) *Partner holds KB in bottom of the Squat position – Must be passed, no putting Bell down

14 Partner Wallballs (Rainbow style catching)
