*or seated DB press and 30s-40s DB hold above head

B. EMOM for 25 min
1st: 5 Strict Pull-ups or 10 Ring Rows
2nd: 15 Slamballs (25/15#)
3rd: 5/arm Heavy DB Bent Over Row
4th: 10-15 Box Jumps (24/20”)
5th: 10-15 Hollow Body Rocks
