1 Back Squat or 5 Goblet Squats
*increase weight over the 10 sets

B. For time (15 min CAP)
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 reps of
Clean and Jerk (40/30kg) or use DB’s
*after each set of clean and jerk complete a 10/8 cal row

C. Tabata (8 min)
Glute Bridge Hold
Handstand Hold or Above Head Object Hold
