Single Arm Kneeling Landmine Press
*8-10 reps per arm with 3s down on each rep
*or do kneeling press with DB

B. For time (25 min CAP)
10 Burpees
20 KBS to eye Level (70/50#)
9 Burpees
18 KBS to eye level
….and so on down to….
1 Burpee
2 KBS to eye level
1 Burpee
2  DB Hang Clean and Jerk (50/35#)
2 Burpees
4 DB Hang Clean and Jerk
…and so on up to…
10 Burpees
20 DB Hang Clean and Jerk
