A. 5 sets of (up to 15 min)
2 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk
*rest 2 min between sets
*or do 6 DB Squat Cleans + 3 DB Jerks

B. Partner WOD (30 min CAP)
10 Rounds for time of
10 Cal Bike
8 Snatch Grip Deadlift (50/35#) or 8 KB Deadlifts
6 Hang Power Snatch (50/35#) or 6 KBS
4 OHS (50/35#) or 4 KB Goblet Squats
*1 partner works and 1 rests then switch and continue till 5 rounds each are complete
