12 Overhead Walking Luges with Plate (20/15kg)
*use a barbell @ 35/25kg or use DB’s
*at 3, 2, 1 go complete 1 SDLHP, then complete 2 Thrusters & 1 SDLHP, then complete 3 Push Press & 2 Thrusters & 1 SDLHP, and continue pattern until finished.
