A. Every 2:30 min x 5 sets
1 Power snatch + 1 Hang squat snatch + 1 OHS
*may also spend the time to work on snatch technique and work with lighter weights and higher reps

Or

Every 2:30 min x 5 sets
8 Double DB Snatch + 4 Double DB Hang Snatch + 2 DB Squats
*optional core hold after each set

B. For time (20 min CAP)
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Pull-ups or Ring Rows
Wallballs (20/14)
*rest 1 min after each “set”. So complete 21 PU + 21 WBs then rest 1 min. Then compete 15 PU + 15 WBs then rest 1 min. Continue pattern until complete
