*or do single arm DB floor press

10 Hand Release Push-ups
20 S2OH (40/30kg)
9 Hand Release Push-ups
18 S2OH (40/30kg)
….and so on down to….
1 Hand Release Push-ups
2 S2OH (40/30kg)

C. 3-5 sets of
30s Sit-ups
30s Superman hold
30s Rest
